Story: 22 April 2011 at 5:02 pm - on the shore of Lake Silencio, Utah, USA, a mysterious astronaut kills the Doctor.

Meanwhile, in London, steam locomotives on multi-level rail networks and balloon-hoisted automobiles ferry the citizens to and from work. Children in the park run laughing from pterodactyls begging for food, and centurions in chariots buy copies of the Londinium Cotide from street vendors. But although daily life is going on as normal - as always - Holy Roman Emperor Winston Churchill has slowly begun to realize that something isn't quite right with the world. According to old nursery rhymes, clocks used to tick, but no-one has seen a second hand move in living memory. The time is permanently 5:02 pm, everywhere, forever. Could the mad soothsayer in the Tower, insisting for ages that something was wrong with Time, really be telling the truth...?
